After two months of filming, the crew from Life Is My Movie Entertainment has logged nearly 9,000 miles of travel, filmed over twenty interviews, and acquired more than 30 hours of interview and archival footage for their upcoming film, “An Inconvenient Tax“. With the interview portion of the film complete the crew has returned to Lawrenceville, Georgia where they will begin the final stages of production. Editing of the film has been underway since the beginning of production and the team is hopeful for a trailer before the end of this month. Starting this Friday Life Is My Movie Entertainment will focus on the creative side of the film.

The last phase of filming is to be done primarily in and around Lawrenceville and Atlanta. The filmmakers will have the chance to add their unique style and implement innovative concepts, that will propel “An Inconvenient Tax” from more than just interviews. Once the creative aspects are completed the film will take on a life of its own.
“An Inconvenient Tax” has received much positive attention from the press and public interest. This strong show of support since the incorporation of the film has only reaffirmed the filmmakers beliefs that the public is not only ready for, but desires a documentary like that of “An Inconvenient Tax“. The film crew for An Inconvenient Tax met with Mike Huckabee today in Little Rock, Arkansas. Nathan McGill and Vincent Vittorio are very pleased with the progress of the film.

Vittorio explains, “The edit for the film is going well and although the time constraints are insane it’s nothing we’re not used to.” The crew has one more interview planned for the film, but is planning to insert the interview into a finished film. Outside of this McGill is planning for the creative shoots to start as soon as the crew returns to Georgia.

Life Is My Movie is checking out of the capital. Overall the stay was good and the interviews for the film are truly magnificent. The crew is in transit to NYC for the weekend. While in the city the crew will continue interviews for An Inconvenient Tax. Which, if you have not checked out… You don’t know what you’re missing. The film has almost completed all of the interviews and the overall message of the film has become strong as the filmmakers imagined. Producer Vincent Vittorio says, “It’s truly remarkable to be working on something that is truly going to effect our country. While we are interviewing these experts it feels like were apart of something historic.”

Wrapping the first week of production in the Capital the team will travel on Saturday to Amherst, Mass for the next set of interviews. The film is making significant progress. With additional interviews being locked down on a daily basis. Producer Vincent Vittorio comments, “It’s remarkable to have the people we have involved with the film giving their perspective of things. Staying objective is such a hard thing todo in filmmaking, but I feel confident with where things are heading!” The filmmakers plan to interview thirty-two people for the film allowing for an all encompassing view of the film’s topic. In order to maintain the strict timeline the film has in place editing of the footage began the first day of production. Producer Nathaniel McGill comments, “Never before have we worked this quickly and efficiently on a film of such relevance to the period in which it’s taking place.” The filmmakers plan to release the film in conjunction with upcoming presidential election.
