As one of the youngest survivors of Auschwitz, Horowitz has seen his share of world history and played a major part in creating what today is art history. As an early innovator in digital photography, Horowitz has accomplished more in his lifetime than the majority of other artists, including winning every major accolade that can be bestowed on a photographer.Warsaw Ghetto Life is My Movie Entertainment is proud to announce our latest feature length documentary, “Perspective: A Portrait of Ryszard Horowitz.” The documentary travels through some of the most compelling moments in history including the Holocaust in Poland, the rule of Communism, the rise of Jazz in Europe, and the the world of corporate advertising in 1960’s New York. Through the last 70 years of history we follow one man, Ryszard Horowitz. He is a survivor, a curious boy, a Jazz fan, a student, an immigrant, an apprentice, an american, and one of the greatest artists of our time.Through compelling interviews and active participation by the people in Horowitz’s natural life path, the full story will be revealed. Interviewees will demonstrate their perspective of the man Ryszard Horowitz through their respective art form. This could be a short scene of a movie, a sculpture, a painting, or perhaps a piece of music. Documentary storytelling takes a new perspective on revealing how the people in all of our lives may see us through their own eyes.
